好急的~~~

我在填UCAS表的时候  遇到几个问题  请各位帮帮忙！

我收到的需要填的表格  有3份

一份是主表也就是包括  个人的简历  要申请的学校有没有病啊有没有犯过罪学历情况怎么样的最后就是  个人声明PS  和担保人的介绍信

第二份是一份  单独的PS表

第三份  是一份  单独的Reference的表格上面有担保人地址  姓名等等

我想问的就是这些表格是不是都要填完一起寄回去啊

主表上的Reference 和 PS项是不是要和单独的填一样的就可以啦？

我有老师用其他的纸写的 Reference 行不行  还是必须要写在UCAS的表格上？

PS  一般都是怎么写的啊？
哪位  前辈  填过的能指教一下啊  谢谢了
如果有以前的留底  那更好发给我

you are so late,man~
just fill the main form and the personal statement, leave the reference form for your tutor,
suggest you print on the personal statement, but not necessarily.
don't forget the postcard, stick a 1st class stamp,and payment.
should read the guide book first, man.

楼上的你说把Reference表  留给我的老师

是国内的吗？

我已经有了  另外用纸写的  中英文个一份    难道还要把这份寄回国  再让老师写一次吗？

还有你知道网上哪里有UCAS表格的  模版  可以看的吗？  特别是针对中国学生的

but no special form for oversea student, all the same.
about the refrence form better leave to the tutor who are teaching you at the moment, and send with other form togather

if you don't understand, better give up, you should read the guider book, which telling you everything!!!!!!
